What happens in a class?+

60 minutes of coach-led strength and conditioning in a small group of 4–8. You'll get coached on every lift — no random workouts, no guessing.

I haven't trained in a while — is that okay?+

Yes. Most of our members are busy professionals and moms who feel like they're 'starting over.' Every workout is scaled to where you are today.

Where are classes held?+

In-person at our Chicago facility. We also coach members worldwide online through The Collective.

How do I use the code MYFIRST?+
